► How can I pay?
After your order has been processed and your package is ready for shipment, we send you an invoice by email, including the following payment options:
• Bank transfer
Please send a proof of payment of your bank transfer to sales@rimba.eu. State your invoice number, customer number and the date for a quick process. Our bank details are automatically sent with your invoice by mail.
• PayPal
If you wish to pay by PayPal, you need the following payment address: paypal@rimba.nl
• Creditcard
You can pay with your VISA or Mastercard. Please contact our sales department by calling +31 765414484 or mailing us at sales@rimba.eu for further instructions.

► What are your delivery conditions?

• The minimum order amount is € 250 (excluding VAT and freight costs)

• Delivery is based on prepayment

• We accept bank transfers, VISA, Mastercards and PayPal

• Your parcels are shipped by UPS and you are partially charged for freight costs

• If you placed your order on time, your order will be ready for shipment on the same working day

• Complaints about incorrect or damaged parcels as well as defect articles or packaging must be reported within 8 days of the invoice date
