After your order has been processed and your package is ready for shipment, we send you an invoice by email, including the following payment options:

Please send a proof of payment of your bank transfer to email@example.com. State your invoice number, customer number and the date for a quick process. Our bank details are automatically sent with your invoice by mail.
If you wish to pay by PayPal, you need the following payment address: firstname.lastname@example.org

► What are your delivery conditions?
• The minimum order amount is € 150
• Delivery is based on prepayment
• We accept bank transfers, VISA, Mastercards and PayPal
• Your parcels are shipped by UPS and you are partially charged for freight costs
• If you placed your order on time, your order will be ready for shipment on the same working day
• Complaints about incorrect or damaged parcels as well as defect articles or packaging must be reported within 8 days of the invoice date
