► Does Rimba work with a minimum order amount?

Yes, we work with a minimum order amount of € € 150. Contact our sales department for the possibilities regarding an order below € 150.


► How are backorders handled?

Backorders are handled as you prefer. Normally, backorders are not saved and you can order the products that have not been delivered again with your next order.

If you want us to maintain and deliver your backorders:

All products that couldn’t be delivered in your order, will be collected in a backorder. As soon as these products are back in stock, they will automatically be sent with your next order. A backorder cannot be sent separately.

► I forgot to add a product to my existing order. How can I solve this?

Did you forget something or do you want to add something to your existing order? Contact us as soon as possible by calling or emailing us. We will do our best to process your order!


► How can I see if a product is in stock?

Below each product on our website, you can see a stock indicator with 3 different colors:

  • • Green     The product is in stock.

  • • Orange   The product is low on stock.

  • • Red         The product is out of stock.

You can always contact our sales department about the expected delivery date of the preferred product.
